This program will have goals defined as follows:

  • Find Mobile Phone Usage Patterns: What hours is the phone being used excessively. What is possible when the phone couldn't be used at the same time that is being compromised.
  • Core Values: Assessing the core values and where priorities are being compromised in a pin-pointed way will lead to finding why mobile phone use is over-subscribed.
  • Limiting beliefs: Which beliefs about their own selves is causing the client to create avoidance and embrace convenience at various times.
  • Paradigm of Importance: What's important to the client as far as daily activities go shall be analyzed and habits created for follow-up

This program will use habits extensively to formulate and remove behaviors about mobile phone usage.
