🔆 This program will decompose your beliefs that are causing you to be in a circular pattern that you are unable to exit. Habits will be used to avoid falling back into the 'hole'.

This program will have goals defined as follows:

  • Assessing the core identity: Client's identity will be assessed. What portion of the identity is part of the bigger equation that needs to be drilled into shall be coached around.
  • Beliefs: General beliefs shall be assessed. Beleifs around situations that cause depression to surface clearer shall be brought to clearer light and it's components shall be segregated.
  • Limiting beliefs: Client's limiting beliefs about themselves will be clarified and overcome.
  • Core Values and their Priorities: Perhaps the values aren't in the right order. For example, if they value love over financial freedom, then striving in that direction can cause misleading cues about life, and about the impressions of themselves in the life they see.
  • Debt/ Giving back: The client may have an imbalance in area of what they owe to the greater world. Correcting that may well cause them to jump high again.

This program will use habits extensively to formulate and remove behaviors and beliefs as may be necessary.
