What is Life Coaching?

Life-Coaching is an engagement process between a certified coach and a client (such as yourself) to tap into the potential of the client knowing their structure of mind, beliefs, core values and many more factors.

A client engages with the coach in multiple sessions of face to face or phone/ video communications and the coach tries to unfold the process steps to bring you to a path that leads you to your destination in the most prudent and effective way.

Since our life coaching programs focus on actioning via habits, you shall be assigned habits that are decided in consultation and collaboration with the coach to foster behavioral aspect that is conducive to the program goals or intermediate milestones.

What is Habit Check?

This is the coaching portion put to action and practise. This is Sudeep Chandra's genuine effort since 2009 to help people practise desired habit at a subconcious level. A Habit Check Utility mobile app is used by the client and the tasks are assigned to be worked on by the clients. Simultaneously the progress is tracked by the coach Sudeep Chandra with calibrations from time to time. Depending on the specific coaching program habit checking portion shall be utilized appropriately.

What is Habit Adoption & Modification?

As the name suggests, coach will frequently follow-up on how the client is doing in adopting or modifying the habits they are working on. This is the hardest part of life. People have good intentions, however, 'old habits die hard' comes in and no matter how well-intentioned they are will be overcome by prior habits and patterns. With persuasiveness, the coach will check (through the utility apps) to tell the client if they are falling back and dissect every detail and coach accordingly. For the serious ones, this is a real aspect.

This involves exchanging messages and listening to monologues (which could be as simple as inspiration message or specific to situation of the particular client) by the coach meant for the specific client. Persuasion also means that the client knows that they are being cared for and that they are in good hands. This should not be misunderstood as being similar to automated smartphone notifications or reminders since this is about the coach making meaningful contact with the client; following is a screenshot of the habit check utility app that illustrates how the communication occurs in part:
